摘  要:[目的]研究3个芍药品种对低温的生理响应,并对其抗寒性进行排序和评价。[方法]以‘粉玉奴’、‘Monsieur Jules Elie’和‘Pink Hawaiian Coral’为材料,研究不同低温胁迫下对地下芽的相对电导率、根的丙二醛含量等生理指标的影响,并且运用主成分分析和隶属函数法对3个品种的抗寒性进行综合评价。[结果]低温胁迫引发了芍药体内一系列的生理生化反应。随着温度的降低,3个芍药品种地下芽的相对电导率基本呈"S"型曲线增加,根的丙二醛含量大体呈升高趋势,可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量虽然波动但总体有所增加,脯氨酸含量大体呈先下降后上升的趋势,超氧化物歧化酶活性先升高再下降然后升高。[结论]3个品种的抗寒性依次为‘Monsieur Jules Elie’>‘粉玉奴’>‘Pink Hawaiian Coral’。[ Objective ] To study the physiological response to low temperature stress of three Herbaceous peony cuhivars and the rank and the evaluation of their cold resistance. [ Method] ' Fen Yu Nu' , ' Monsieur Jules Elie' and ' Pink Hawaiian Coral' were used to study the effects of different cold stress on relative electric conductivity of underground buds, malondialdehyde of roots and other physiological indexes. Principal component analysis and subordinate functions were used to evaluate the cold resistance of three cultivars of Herbaceous peony. [ Result] A series of physiological and biochemical reactions were caused by the cold stress in Herbaceous peony. The relative electric conductivity of un- derground buds of three Herbaceous peony cuhivars generally took on S-shaped increase as the temperature declined, and the malondialdehyde content of roots generally increased. Though soluble sugar content and soluble protein content fluctuated, they increased roughly as the temperature declined. With decreasing temperature, the proline content fell firstly and then rose up, while the superoxide dismutase activity showed an up-down-up trend. [ Conclusion ] Three cuhivars are ranked in decreasing levels of cold resistance as ' Monsieur Jules Elie' , ' Fen Yu Nu' and 'Pink Hawaiian Coral'.
