摘 要:[目的]为山丁子种源选择和家系选择提供依据。[方法]对牡丹江地区4个种源24个半同胞家系山丁子幼苗的叶片生长和苗高进行了分析。[结果]在显著性0.05水平下,4个种源山丁子叶长、叶宽、叶长/叶宽、叶面积和叶柄长均不存在显著性差异;24个半同胞家系山丁子在叶长、叶宽、叶长/叶宽、叶面积和叶柄长指标上差异显著;4个种源的苗高差异显著;24个半同胞家系的苗高存在显著差异。[结论]从叶片指标来看,在这4个种源中进行种源选择意义不大,进行家系选择是有意义的;按照苗高进行种源选择和家系选择都是可取的。[ Objective ] The aim was to provide a basis for provenances selection and families selection of Mhts baccata L.. [ Method ] In this paper, differences of leaf shape and height of Mlus baccata L. seedlings within the different provenances and families were analyzed. [ Result ] The result showed under 0.05 significant level, there' s no significant difference within different provenances on leaf shape but between different families; under 0.05 significant level, differences of seedling height between different provenances and families were both significant. [ Conclusion] The meaning of the provenance selection was not much, but was meaningful for families selection from leaf index. Provenances selection anti families selection were desirable according to the seedling height.
