摘 要:目的了解沧州市居民健康素养现状,为有效开展健康教育干预提供理论依据。方法采用多阶段分层抽样方法,抽取沧州市城乡居民2 130人,采用统一的"全国居民健康素养监测调查问卷"对居民进行健康素养问卷调查。利用SPSS13.0对数据进行统计分析。结果本市居民具备健康素养的比例为13.0%。具备基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为、基本技能三方面素养的比例分别为22.2%、11.6%和17.0%;具备科学健康观、安全与急救、传染病预防、基本医疗、慢性病预防和信息获取六类健康问题素养的比例分别为42.2%、46.9%、11.2%、7.6%、14.2%和15.8%。不同职业、文化程度和不同年龄人群健康素养水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沧州市居民健康素养水平仍然较低,应结合不同人群特点、有针对性地制定健康教育与健康促进策略,以提高整体人群的健康素养水平。Objective To investigate the current situation of health literacy among residents in Cangzhou City so as to provide a theoretical basis for effectively conducting the health education intervention. Methods Multi - stage stratified sampling method was used to select 2,130 urban and rural residents in Cangzhou City. The unified National Residents Health Literacy Questionnaire was employed to survey health literacy of the residents, and the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS13.0 soft- ware. Results The overall level of health literacy was 13 % among the residents in Cangzhou City. The levels of health literacy regarding basic health knowledge and concept, healthy lifestyle and behavior, and health - related skills were 22.2 %, 11.6 % and 17.0 % respectively. The levels of health literacy regarding scientific attitude towards health, safety and first aid, prevention of infectious diseases, basic medical care, prevention of chronic diseases and information access were 42.2%, 46.9%, 11.2%, 7.6 %, 14.2 % and 15.8 % respectively. There were statistically significant differences in the levels of health literacy among resi- dents with different occupations, educational backgrounds and ages (P (0.05). Conclusions The health literacy level of the residents in Cangzhou City is still lower; and hence, targeted health education and promotion strategies should be developed according to the characteristics of different populations so as to improve the health literacy level of the whole population.
