不同中医体质的闭塞性动脉硬化症股总动脉内膜-中层厚度特点研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同体质闭塞性动脉硬化症患者的股总动脉内膜-中层厚度特点。方法:采用体质问卷调查243例闭塞性动脉硬化症患者的中医体质分布,观察虚性体质与实性体质的闭塞性动脉硬化症患者的股总动脉内膜-中层厚度差异。结果:243例最常见的体质类型为阳虚质(112次)和气虚质(108次),其次是痰湿质(84次);体质分类以虚实夹杂体质(104例)最多见,其次为虚性体质(64例),最后是实性体质(37例)(P<0.05,P<0.01)。虚性体质患者的股总动脉内膜-中层厚度值高于实性体质(2.32±0.85 vs 1.58±0.83),实性体质患者的股总动脉脉动指数值高于虚性体质(10.44±4.27 vs 6.41±2.21,P<0.05)。结论:不同体质闭塞性动脉硬化症患者的股总动脉内膜-中层厚度、股总动脉脉动指数均有显著性差异,可将其作为分辨闭塞性动脉硬化症虚性体质、实性体质的客观参考指标。Objective To explore the characteristics of the intima media thickness of femoral artery （F-IMT） in patients with different constitution of arteriosclerosis obliterans（ASO）. Methods Using constitution questionnaire survey 243 patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans（ASO）of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） constitution distribution were studied to observe the difference in the intima media thickness of the femoral artery between patients with ASO of deficiency constitution and physical constitution. Results The＆amp;nbsp;most common types of constitution in 243 cases were Yang deficiency constitution（112）and Qi deficiency constitution（108）, followed by phlegm dampness constitution（84）. Most common constitution classification was the deficient and excess body constitution（104）, followed by deficiency constitution（64）, finally by physical constitution（37）（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）. The intima media thickness of the femoral artery in patients with deficiency constitution was higher than that of the physical constitution（2.32±0.85 vs 1.58±0.83）. The femoral artery pulse index in patients with physical constitution was higher than that of the deficiency constitution（10.44±4.27 vs 6.41± 2.21,P〈0.05）. Conclusion There are significant differences in the intima media thickness of the femoral artery and the femoral artery pulse index in patients with different constitutions of ASO. It can be used as an objective index to distinguish the deficiency constitution and physical constitution of the ASO.
