摘　　要：目的探讨CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术在临床应用中的价值。方法采用意大利普利塞18G、20G软组织切割活检针,在美国GE公司Birght Speed 16排螺旋CT机及西门子炫速双源CT机引导下穿刺92例周围病变患者。结果 90例获得细胞学标本,85例确诊,确诊率90%;并发症:16例气胸及5例咯血。结论该方法对肺周围性肿块性质的诊断率高,并发症轻,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical application value of CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy. Methods 92 cases of patients with peripheral lesions guided by Italy Puli Se 18G,20G needle biopsy of soft tissue cutting using the GE Birght Speed 16-slice spiral CT machines（United States）and Siemens Hyun-speed dual-source CT machine puncture. Results Cytology specimens were obtained in 90 cases,85 cases were diagnosed,the diagnosis rate was 90%;complications：16 cases of pneumothorax and five cases of hemoptysis. Conclusion The diagnosis rate of this method for peripheral lung tumor is high,complication is light,and is worthy of clinical application.
