摘　　要：高血压病是一种对患者健康甚至生命造成直接威胁的全身性疾病,减轻其危害程度已成为当务之急。健康教育是一种已被证实能有效防治高血压病的非药物治疗手段,但目前我国对高血压病患者健康教育时间还比较局限,流程不够规范,尚未达到应有的效果。本研究就高血压病防治中健康教育的必要性、实施方法及其应用前景等进行综述,以促进高血压病健康教育的规范化开展。Hypertension is a kind of systemic disease which threatens patients＆#39; health and life. It has become a top priority to control hypertension. Health education, as a non-pharmacological method, has been confirmed to be an effective way in preventing hypertension. However, in our country, because the time of health education in hypertension patients is limited and the process is lack of standardization, the effect is small at present. In this study, we reviewed the necessity of health education in prevention and control of hypertension, implementation methods and its application prospect in order to promote the standardization of the hypertension health education.
