小金胶囊治疗男性尿道炎后综合征的效果分析

摘　　要：目的对小金胶囊应用于男性尿道炎后综合征中的临床效果进行分析。方法将我站收治的92例男性尿道炎后综合症患者随机分为两组各46例,给予参照组α-受体阻滞剂和抗菌消炎药物治疗,治疗组则在参照组基础上同时应用小金胶囊治疗,并根据患者的具体情况给予综合治疗,对比其效果。结果本组患者前列腺液检查白细胞阳性40例,磷脂小体减少21例,细菌学检测阳性15例,支原体培养阳性11例,支原体抗原阳性5例。治疗后,两组患者各项临床症状的评分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组的总评分明显低于参照组(P<0.05);同时,治疗组的总有效率(93.48%)明显高于参照组(71.74%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小金胶囊治疗男性尿道炎后综合征具有显著的临床效果,在药物治疗基础上同时结合心理治疗的效果更佳,值得推广。ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical effect of Xiaojin capsules in the treatment of male post-urethritis syndroms. Methods 92 patients with male post-urethritis syndroms, who were selected in our service station, were randomly divided into two groups, with 46 cases in each groups. The control group was treated with α receptor blocker and anti-bacterial inflammatory drugs, while the treatment group was treated with Xiaojin capsules based on the methods of control group and the comprehensive treatment according to the concrete conditions of patients, to compare the effect between the two groups. Results Of all the patients, there were 40 cases of positive white cells by the examination of prostatic fluid, 21 cases of reductive of lecithin corpuscle, 15 cases of positive bacteria detection, 11 cases of positive mycoplasma culture, 5 cases of positive mycoplasma antigens. After treatment, the scores of each clinical symptoms of the two groups were obviously lower than which of before treatment（P〈0.05）, and the total score of treatment group was obviously lower than which of control group（P〈0.05）, while the total effective rate of treatment group（93.48%）was obviously higher than which of control group（71.74%）the difference was statically significant（P〈0.05）.ConclusionXiaojin capsules in the treatment of male post-urethritis syndroms has significantly clinical effect, has better effect based on drug therapy combined with psychotherapy, is worthy of clinical popularization.
