摘 要:目的了解哈尔滨市2012年手足口病病原特点。方法采用Real time RT-PCR对2012年采集的粪便、咽拭子、肛拭子等标本检测肠道病毒、CoxA16、EV71。结果共检测手足口标本1046份,肠道病毒阳性676份(64.6%),EV71阳性83份(7.9%),CoxA16阳性489份(46.7%),其他肠道病毒104份(15.3%);阳性标本中,男性阳性382份(56.5%),女性阳性294份(43.5%);全年6~7月份为高峰,肠道病毒感染主要集中于5岁以下儿童,占阳性标本的89.9%。结论 5岁以下儿童是手足口病感染的主要人群,2012年哈尔滨市手足口主要流行株为CoxA16,而EV71和其他HEV也同时存在。Objective To learn the pathogenic characters of hand-foot- mouth disease(HFMD) in harbin,2012.Methods Stool throal swab and rectal swab samples from patients diagnosed as HFMD were collected to detect pan-enterovirus ,CoxA16 and EV71 by using Real time RT-PCR.Results A total 1046 samples were collected to detect,676 pan-enterovirus positive samples were detected during 2012.Among them,83(7.9%)were EV71, 489(46.7%)were CoxA16,and 104 were the other enterovirus.The positive rate of male was 56.5%,The positive rate of female was 43.5%.Enterovirus infection peaked in June to July.A peak age distribution of enterovirus infection was below five year-old(89.9%).Conclusion The people who is below five year-old is a peak age distribution of enterovirus infection. CoxA16 is the main pathogen of HFMD in harbin in 2012,EV71 and the other enterovirus are existed at the same time.
