摘　　要：目的评估云南省某大学新生嗜吞噬细胞无形体的感染情况,间接了解人嗜粒细胞无形体感染在云南省的发生情况。方法采集来自云南滇中、滇东北两地区于某大学新生血样标本,用间接荧光免疫法检测Anaplasma phagocytophilum IgG抗体,计算抗体阳性率。结果共检测大学新生血清标本45份,检出嗜吞噬细胞无形体血清IgG抗体阳性7份,其中滇中4份,滇东北3份,阳性率为15.56%。结论云南省存在人感染嗜吞噬细胞无形体的情况,滇中地区学生的抗体阳性率与滇东北地区无统计学差异,应进一步加强对人嗜粒细胞无形体病的监测与控制。Objective To assess the prevalence and characterization of Anaplasma phagocytophilum infection in new college students from two regions of Yunnan province.MethodsSerum samples were collected from newly-enrolled college students, The IgG antibody against Anaplasm phagocytophilum in samples was detected with indirect immunofluorescence assay, positive rates were calculated.Results The total 45 newly-enrolled college students from two regions of Yunnan Province were enrolled in this study. The positive rate of A. phagocytophilum IgG was 15.56%. The positive rate of central region of Yunnan was 16.67%. The positive rate of northeast region of Yunnan was 14.09%.ConclusionThere are Anaplasma phagocytophilum infection cases in Yunnan province. The positive rate of A. phagocytophilum IgG from two regions was insignificance. The surveillance, prevention and control for Human granulocytic anaplasmosis （HGA） should be strengthened.
