摘 要:分别以碳刷和碳布作为微生物燃料电池的阳极材料,研究了两种电极材料对于电池启动过程、电极上附着的生物量、生物膜的电化学活性、阳极阻抗以及电池性能的影响。结果表明,采用碳刷为阳极材料的微生物燃料电池启动更快,电极上附着的生物量更多,生物膜的电化学活性也更高,阳极阻抗更低,这也导致了其最大体积比功率[(28.1±2.3)W/m3]高于采用碳布为阳极材料电池的最大体积比功率[(17.6±1.8)W/m3],是其1.6倍。Abstract: The graphite fiber brush and carbon cloth were adopted as anodes in the microbial fuel cells. The effects of the two anodes on start-up processes, biomass attached on the anode, electrochemical activities of anodic biofilm, anode impedances and performance were studied. The results show that the cell with the graphite fiber brush as anode has faster start-up, more biomass attachment, higher activity and lower anode impedance. These advantages result in the higher maximum power density [(28.1±2.3)w/m3] of graphite fiber brush than that [(17.6± 1.8)W/m3] of carbon cloth, about 1.6 times.
