掺氮炭气凝胶的制备及电化学性能研究

摘  要:将三聚氰胺加入间苯二酚、甲醛溶液中,使其同时经过溶胶凝胶过程,凝胶经干燥、炭化后制得掺氮炭气凝胶材料。采用X射线光电子光谱法(XPS)和比表面仪对掺氮炭气凝胶的表面元素组成和孔结构进行了表征,使用恒流充放电、循环伏安、交流阻抗测量掺氮炭气凝胶的电化学性能。测试结果显示,随着三聚氰胺与间苯二酚比例的增加,掺氮量从2.68%(质量分数)增加到4.74%,掺氮炭气凝胶的电阻有所增大,但掺氮炭气凝胶显示出明显的氧化还原峰,证明氮基团产生了法拉第氧化还原反应,从而提高了炭气凝胶的比电容。The nitrogen doped wet gel was prepared through sol-gel method based on polycondensation of melamine-resorcinol-formaldehyde. The wet gel was converted to carbon aerogel by drying and carbonization. The structure of nitrogen doped carbon aerogel was investigated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and nitrogen adsorption. The electrochemical performance of the samples as electrode materials was studied by cyclic voltammetry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and constant current charge/discharge measurements. The results show that the nitrogen content of the nitrogen doped carbon aerogel increases from 2.68% to 4.74% with increasing melamine to resorcinol ratios, and the impedance of the samples also increases. But the nitrogen doped carbon aerogel shows redox peaks, proving that the nitrogen group produces Faraday redox reaction, thus improving the specific capacitance.
