摘  要:智能电网拓展了清洁能源的接纳能力,使电网负荷端与清洁能源进行合理匹配消纳,实现社会效益最大化,是能源领域需要解决的科学问题。将可中断负荷应用于含风电接入的电力系统,研究可中断负荷的意义,总结国内外开展的清洁能源研究与实践,考虑风机入网后对电网的影响,通过对需求响应技术方法的分析,提出了供电套餐。The smart grid has expanded the accepting ability of clean energy, and has made the grid load consume clean energy reasonably, realizing the maximization of social benefit, so it is a scientific problem to be resolved in the field of energy. The interruptible load was applied to the power system with wind power access. The significance of interruptible load was studied; the research and practice of clean energy at home and abroad were summarized; the impact of the wind machine on power grid was considered after it was connected to the grid; the power package was put forward by analyzing the method of the demand response.
