米索前列醇应用于绝经妇女取环中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察米索前列醇对绝经妇女取环的应用情况。方法随机抽取自2012年6月~2014年6月在我院进行绝经取环的妇女共84例作为研究对象,将其平均分为实验组和对照组,实验组患者实施手术前在阴道后穹隆注入米索前列醇,对照组使用常规手术药物,比较两组临床效果。结果通过比较患者的宫颈软化率和满意程度等相关数据,实验组优于对照组,且实验组的扩宫术和疼痛状况明显减少。结论使用米索前列醇应用于绝经妇女取环有明显有效性和安全性,值得在临床上大力推广使用。Objective To observe the clinical application of misoprostol for taking IUD from postmenopausal women. Methods 84 cases of post-menopausal women in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were randomly extracted,which were divided into an experimental group and a control group,the experimental group were implemented before surgery in the vaginal fornix misoprostol injected,the control group received conventional surgery drugs,the clinical results were compared. Results By comparing the results of patient-related data such as cervical softening rate and extent of satisfaction,the experimental group was compared with the control group,and the expanding uterus and pain in the experimental group was significantly reduced. Conclusion The use of misoprostol is applied to take IUD from postmenopausal women,have significant efficacy and safety,is worthy of clinical use.
