从胡希恕医学思想浅析精癃的发病基础与鉴别

摘　　要：精癃是老年男性常见疾病,本文从胡希恕的临证思想结合《伤寒杂病论》原文及笔者的临床体会,重点阐述了气虚无力运血和瘀血阻滞为其发病基础,并分析了柴胡桂枝干姜汤证和桂枝去芍加茯苓白术汤证的临床表现,临床中极易与精癃相混淆和忽视。Thypertrophy of the prostate is a common disease in elderly men. Combining HU Xishu＇s medical thought and Shanghan Zabing Lun with the author＇s clinical experiment, this article mainly states two common causes： qi deficiency and congestion block, and analyses clinical manifestation of the syndrome of decoction Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang and the syndrome of Guizhi subtract Shaoyao plus Fuling and Baizhu decoction. These two points are very easy to be confused and ignored with hypertrophy of prostate in clinic.
