舒适护理对支气管哮喘患者症状改善和FEV 1%、PEF数值的影响

摘　　要：目的观察舒适护理联合中医固本活血法对支气管哮喘患者治疗前后的症状改善和FEV1%、PEF数值的影响。方法 64例反复间断发作病程在4年以内的支气管哮喘患者,随机分为观察组(n=33)和对照组(n=31)两组,对照组一般护理联合西医解痉、平喘、激素、抗菌素、中医固本活血疗法(固本平喘汤加减)治疗。观察组在对照组治疗的同时再加用舒适护理,两组均治疗2周。结果治疗2周后观察组FEV1%、PEF改善程度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在西医解痉、平喘、激素、抗菌素疗法及一般护理的同时再实施舒适护理联合固本活血疗法治疗比单纯西医解痉、平喘、激素、抗菌素疗法及一般护理能更有效改善FEV1%、PEF,提高治疗有效率。Objective To observe effect of comfortable nursing combined with TCM consolidating body and activating blood circulation method in improving symptoms and FEV1%, PEF of patients with bronchial asthma pre-treatment and post-treatment. Methods 64 patients with intermittent and repeated attack of bronchial asthma and its course of disease was less than 4 years were randomly allocated into observation group （n=33） and control group （n=31）. The control group was treated with general nursing combined with western medicine spasmolysis, anti-asthmatic, hormone, antibiotics and TCM consolidating body and activating blood circulation method （Guben pingchuan Decoction plus ＆amp; minus）. The observation group was further treated with comfortable nursing. Both of treatment last for two weeks. Results The improvement of FEV1% and PEF in observation group was better than that in control group （P 〈0.05）. The total effectiveness in observation group was higher than that in control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The western medicine spasmolysis, anti-asthmatic, hormone, antibiotics and regular nursing combined with comfortable nursing and TCM consolidating body and activating blood circulation method can better improve FEV1%, PEF and curative effectiveness than the western medicine method combined with regular nursing.
