摘 要:脱硝氨逃逸浓度为一项重要的脱硝系统性能考核指标。依据DL/T 260—2012燃煤电厂烟气脱硝装置性能验收试验规范附录B中烟气氨逃逸浓度测试分析方法,对脱硝后烟气中氨逃逸浓度进行采样分析,同时收集空气预热器入口飞灰样品和电除尘器一电场飞灰样品进行灰中氨含量分析,通过研究飞灰中氨含量浓度与烟气氨逃逸浓度之间的相关性,总结出一种通过测试燃煤电厂飞灰样品氨含量来估算烟气氨逃逸浓度的新方法,为企业监测脱硝系统氨逃逸浓度提供一种新手段。Ammonia escape was an important performance evaluation index of denitrification. Firstly,the ammonia in the flue gas after selective catalytic reduction (SCR) DeNOx reactors was sampled, and the contents were determined according to the referred method of DL/T 260--2012: Performance Checkup Test Code for Flue Gas Denitration Equipment of Coal - fired Power Plants - Appendix B. Meanwhile, the ash samples from air heater(AH) and electro- static precipitator(ESP) were collected,in which the ammonia concentrations were also measured. In this paper, by analyzing the correlation between the ammonia content in the fly ash and the concentration of ammonia escape in flue gas,we conclude a new method to estimate the ammonia escape in the flue gas by testing the ammonia content of the fly ash samples from the coal-fired power plants,which provides a new way to monitor the concentration of ammonia escape in SCR system.
