摘 要:高温冷凝水精处理采用树脂工艺的技术难点是目前市场上的强碱阴树脂耐温性能无法满足冷凝水不经冷却直接通过树脂床。文章提出了一个新的技术路线,利用苯乙烯系弱碱阴树脂优异的热稳定性和在酸性环境下吸附酸性杂质阴离子的特性,用弱碱阴树脂替代强碱阴树脂,串联在强酸阳树脂后面组合进行直接处理高温冷凝水。为了给工程应用提供更可靠的数据支持,本研究在实验室模拟化工冷凝水典型水质和运行工况,对比运行温度和流速对该组合工艺的性能影响。试验结果表明:该工艺组合可以有效去除冷凝水中典型的杂质离子,但对二氧化硅没有去除能力;运行温度提高,弱碱阴树脂出水水质略微变差,即使运行温度达到90℃,对氯离子的去除率依然达到90%;运行流速增加,弱碱阴树脂出水水质反而变好;强酸阳树脂出水水质不受温度和流速的影响。The technical difficulties of high-temperature condensate treatment is that strong base anion resin operating temperature limitation cannot accept condensate without cooling process. This paper raised a new technical way with strong cation resin combined with weak base anion resin to treat high temperature condensate. To support engineer application and design, this research simulated typical chemical high-temperature condensate feed water condition and flow rate to run lab trial. Test results show that this combination can remove typical impurities except silica. Op- erating temperature is higher,treatment efficiency is worse,but even the operating temperature is as high as 90 ℃ , chloride removal ratio is also 90% ;operating flow rate is higher,weak base anion resin treated water quality is bet- ter;temperature and flow rate will not affect operating performance of strong acid cation resin.
