摘　　要：通过大量的试验研究数据分析了以粉末树脂覆盖过滤器为精处理工艺的直接空冷机组水汽品质的影响因素,以现场实例验证了树脂粉溶出物、过滤器泄漏以及水汽系统中溶入的二氧化碳对热力系统氢电导的影响;同时结合粉末树脂覆盖过滤器的运行特性,指出了协同控制水汽品质的措施。Through a lot of experiment data,the influence factors of steam-water quality were analyzed for direct air- cooling unit with powdered resin precoat filter precision processing technology. With field examples, the impacts of resin powder solution,filter leakage and CO2 in steam-water system on the hydrogen conductivity of thermal system were verified. At the same time, combined with the operating characteristics of powdered resin precoat filter, the measures for cooperative control of steam-water quality were pointed out.
