导乐式陪伴分娩在临产中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的：通过观察导乐式陪伴分娩的临床疗效，对该服务模式进行分析研究。方法选取我院2014年11～12月收治的80例初产妇，根据随机数字表分为观察组（n=40）和对照组（n=40）。对照组、观察组分别给予常规护理和导乐式陪伴护理方式，对两组剖宫产率和各个阶段产程的时间进行观察，并进行对比分析。结果观察组剖宫产率为15.0%，明显低于对照组的42.5%（x2=7.384，P=0.007）；观察组第一产程时间、第二产程时间、第三产程时间均短于对照组（t=5.063，P=0.000；t=10.529，P=0.000；t=2.842，P=0.006）。结论导乐式陪伴分娩能降低剖宫产率，缩短产程，是一种值得临床应用的人性化护理模式。Objective To investigate effect of doula accompany delivery on labor. Methods 80 cases of primipara from 2014 November to 2014 December in our hospital were selected and were divided into observation group（n=40） and control group（n=40）according to the random number table.The control group was given conventional nursing,while the observation group was given doula accompany delivery.Cesarean section rate,birth process time of two groups were observed and analyzed. Results The cesarean section rate of the observation group was15.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 42.5%（x2=7.384,P=0.007）.The first stage of labor,the second stage of labor time,the third stage of labor time of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group（t=5.063,P=0.000;t=10.529,P=0.000;t=2.842,P=0.006）. Conclusion Doula accompany delivery can reduce the rate of cesarean section, shorten the birth process,and is a kind of humanistic nursing care mode which is worthy of clinical application.
