摘  要:目的探讨人性化护理在三甲综合医院眼科门诊中的应用效果。方法我院在2013年7月在眼科门诊实施人性化护理,实施前和实施后3个月时间内分别随机选取200例就诊患者为对照组和观察组,比较实施前后患者不良情绪、满意度,并调查护理人员护理质量。结果观察组患者满意度、护理质量明显高于对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者焦虑情绪、抑郁状态评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后护理引发医患纠纷明显少于实施前(P<0.05)。结论在三甲综合医院眼科门诊实施人性化护理可减轻患者不良情绪、提高患者满意度和护理质量,减少医患纠纷发生,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of humane care applications in the eye clinic of three general hospitals. Methods 100 cases in our hospital in July 2013 with the implementation of human eye clinic care, before and after the implementation of the implementation within the three month were randomly selected for treatment object, were divided into a control group and an observation group, the patients negative emotions, satisfaction before and after the implementation, and to investigate the quality of care nurses. Results There were patient satisfaction, quality of care was significantly higher, with statistical significance (P 〈 0.05); the observation group were anxiety and depression scores, and significantly lower than the control group, with statistical significance (P 〈 0.05 ); after the implementation of nursing patient disputes caused significantly less than before implementation (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion In three general hospitals eye clinic with the implementation of human patient care can reduce negative emotions, improve patient satisfaction and quality of care, reduce medical dispute occurs, should be widely applied.
