摘　　要：为了解决现润滑脂生产过程传统意义上监控能力受时间和地点限制难以满足管理者实现远程监控等问题,提出润滑脂生产过程监控方案,该方案采用WinCC Web服务器与Web客户端相结合,局域网和广域网远程终端可以通过IE浏览器进入监控系统,管理者可以随时随地对整个生产过程进行动态监测,对现场数据、历史曲线、报警记录、报表归档等进行及时处理。实际应用表明,该方案有效完成了润滑脂生产车间的整体调度,提高了润滑脂自动化性能的可靠性和生产效率。In order to solve the issue that the existing grease production process is difficult to be monitored remotely the managers because the traditional monitoring capabilities is limited by time and location,the grease production process monitoring program is proposed.The program combines WinCC Web server and Web client,remote terminals of LAN and WAN through IE to access the monitoring system.The supervisor can dynamic monitor the entire production process anywhere and anytime and deals with field data,historical curve,alarm recording,report archiving timely.The actual application shows that the program effectively completes the whole scheduling of grease production plant and improves the reliability and productivity of the grease automation performance.
