四通道高电压任意波形发生器设计与制作

摘　　要：利用Matlab和单片机控制D/A芯片设计制作了一种高电压型四通道任意波形发生器。通过Proteus仿真和实物调试证明,该波形发生器可实现四通道任意波形、幅值、占空比、相位角的单独调节,并完成了四通道输出顺序、选通时间、选通路数调节以及高电压输出,最高输出电压为110 V、频率调节范围为0.76～625 Hz,性能与指标均满足设计要求。A four-channel high voltage arbitrary waveform generator is designed by using of Matlab and SCM（single chip microcomputer） D/A chip.Through the simulation on Proteus and debugging,the waveform generator can achieve the following functions,which is used to adjust separately output waveform,amplitude,duty ratio,phase angle of the four-channel arbitrary waveform,and can achieve the output sequence,strobe time,adjustment of the number of channels and high-voltage output of the four-channel.The maximum output voltage is110 V,and the adjustable frequency range is 0.76～625 Hz.The results show that the performance and index of the waveform can meet the design requirements.
