摘　　要：通过"反应停事件""四环素牙"等实例,阐明构建一个新型科研成果正反两面共存互辩的期刊平台的重要价值。认为通过提高办刊者的辩证理念、明确办刊目标、借鉴国外优秀期刊的有效举措,可以使科技期刊实现其现实意义的回归。By taking ＂ thalidomide incident ＂, ＂ tetracycline ＂ and other specific examples, this paper illustrates the great value of building a coexistence and defense platform for journals that provides the both sides of research. We hold that by increasing the magazine＇s own dialectical philosophy,clarifying objectives and scope of the journal,learning effective measures taken by foreign periodicals,scientific journals would achieve their return realistically.
