摘 要:为确定安全超车转向过程中的方向盘转角幅度范围,降低超车时因驾驶员转向操控不当而引发交通事故的风险,将轮胎魔术公式和三自由度车辆动力学模型相结合,建立轿车直道超车的运动学模型。利用Matlab软件对直道超车运动学模型进行仿真,并通过直道超车道路试验采集超车过程中的时序数据,将其导入Matlab软件并进行处理,得到时序数据变化曲线、仿真结果和试验数据变化曲线,在此基础上,研究45~65 km/h车速范围内大角度快速转向过程的安全性。结果表明:在直道上进行大角度快速转向超车时,为确保安全,应使轿车的方向盘转角最大值随着超车时车速的增加而增大;轿车在45,50,55,60和65 km/h车速下,安全超车时对应的方向盘转角不宜超过45,48,52,56和60°。In order to determine the steering wheel angle range in the process of safe overtaking and to reduce the risk of a traffic accident that may be caused by driver's improper steering control in the overtaking process,a kinematic model was built for car straight overtaking by combining the tire magic formula and vehicle dynamic model of three degrees of freedom. Matlab software was used to simulate the straight overtaking kinematic model. Time sequence data of the overtaking process were collected through straight overtaking road tests. The test data were imported into Matlab software to process,and data change curves were obtained. The simulation results and experimental data change curves were analyzed systematically,and safety of the fast steering process in the range of 45- 65 km / h was studied. The result shows that for the sake of ensuring traffic safety,in fast and large angle steering overtaking process on straight line,the maximum value of steering angle should be increased with the vehicle speed,and that when the car is overtaking at the speeds of 45,50,55,60 and 65 km / h,the maximum value of the corresponding steering wheel angle should not be more than 45,48,52,56 and 60°.
