摘　　要：《建筑能效标识技术标准》JGJ/T 288-2012自发布实施以来,国内申请标识的项目较少,业内缺乏相应的工程案例作为参考。本文以2014年度第一批民用建筑能效测评标识项目——景兴环球大厦为例,对能效测评标识的基础项的测评方法及测评结果进行了介绍,并对照《建筑能效标识技术标准》JGJ/T 288-2012具体要求,根据项目实施情况对规定项和选择项的评价过程进行了详细介绍,可为本地今后实施类似项目提供参考。Since the release of ＂Standard for building energy performance certification＂ , domestic identification project is less. Therefore, the construction industry lacks the corresponding reference case. Take King Xing Global Building for example, the one-star energy efficiency evaluation and marking building, the testing methods and results of basic terms are presented. In this paper. Then, the evaluation process of regulations and options are also explained. This paper can provide a reference for future implementation of similar projects
