摘 要:中国封建社会的人力资源开发与管理有着丰富的内涵。一是文教政策及其举措,经历了由单一即独尊儒术走向多元即儒佛道并重的发展过程;二是逐步建立了一整套"养士"和"选士"的制度,包括两汉时期的察举制、魏晋南北朝时期的九品中正制和隋唐至清末的科举制。这些管理制度和举措对当代的人力资源开发和管理有着重大影响。Human resources development and management in Chinese feudal society have rich connotation, mainly manifested in two aspects: one is the cultural and educational policies and measures, experienced the development of the process from a single to multiple that is Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism are equally important ; The other is to ~:[ually set up a complete set of "keep" and "choose" system, including the addressing system of the Han period, the nine grades of rank in the feudal regimes of Wei Jin southern and northern dynasties period and imperial examination system of Sui and Tang dynasties.
