美宝创疡贴在烧伤残余创面治疗中的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的对比观察美宝创疡贴与磺胺嘧啶银油纱包扎治疗烧伤残余创面的临床疗效。方法将79例烧伤残余创面患者随机分为治疗组（42例）和对照组（37例）,治疗组采用美宝创疡贴包扎治疗,每日换药1~3次;对照组采用磺胺嘧啶银油纱包扎治疗,每日换药1~2次,对比观察两组患者创面愈合时间及瘢痕增生情况。结果两组患者创面均愈合,但治疗组创面平均愈合时间（17.66 d±5.54 d）较对照组（25.27 d±6.59 d）显著缩短（P〈0.01）;治疗组创面愈后瘢痕增生率（10.64%）也明显低于对照组（54.55%,P〈0.01）,且对照组有2例患者创面复发破溃。结论应用美宝创疡贴治疗烧伤残余创面疗效显著,不仅能促进创面愈合,控制创面感染,缩短创面愈合时间,还能减轻瘢痕增生,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe and compare clinical effects of the bandage method of MEBO Wound ＆ Ulcer Dressing and Silver sulfadiazine-impregnated gauze in treating residual burn wounds. Methods 79 patients eligible to the study were randomly divided into a treatment group （ n = 42） and a control group （ n = 37 ）. In the treatment group, patients were treated with the bandage method of MEBO Wound ＆ Ulcer Dressing and the dressing was changed 1 - 3 times per day, while in the control group the bandage method of Silver sulfadiazine-impregnated gauze were used with the dressing change of 1 -2 times per day. The wound healing time and scar formation condition in the two groups were observed and compared. Results The wounds in the two groups were all healed, but the wound healing time in the treatment group was obviously shorter than that in the control group, （ 17.66 ± 5.54 d） vs. （ 25.27 ± 6. 59 d） （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The scar formation rate in the treatment group was significantly lower compared with that in the control group （ 10. 64% vs. 54. 55%, P 〈0.01 ） . Moreover, 2 cases in the control group developed wound relapse. Conclusion The application of MEBO Wound ＆ Ulcer Dressing in the treatment of residual burn wound can realize such definite clinical effects as promoting wound healing, con- trolling wound infection and alleviating scar hyperplasia, deserving to be popularized in clinical practice.
