摘　　要：目的观察指背逆行筋膜皮瓣修复手指末节组织缺损的临床效果。方法对60例手指外伤患者的手指末节组织缺损采用指背逆行筋膜皮瓣进行修复,术后给予抗感染、改善微循环、营养支持等全身治疗,观察创面愈合效果。结果本组60例患者术后皮瓣均成活,随访6~18个月,其手指外形及功能均恢复满意。结论指背逆行筋膜皮瓣修复手指末节软组织缺损及骨外露疗效显著,且操作简便,愈后手指功能及外形恢复良好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effects of dorsal distal reverse fascia1 flap in the repair of distal fin- ger tissue defect. Methods Sixty patients with distal finger tissue defect caused by hand injuries were repaired with dorsal distal reverse fascial flap, followed by systemic managements such as infection control, micro-circulation improvement, nu- tritional support, etc. Effect on wound healing was observed. Results All flaps of the sixty patients survived. 6 - 18 months of follow-up showed the appearances and functions of fingers achieved satisfying restoration. Conclusion Dorsal distal reverse fascial flap in the repair of distal finger tissue defect and bone exposure should be popularized in clinical prac-rice since it can realize significant therapeutic effects, i.e. restore excellent finger appearance and functions, in addition to operational convenience.
