摘　　要：加强和改进基层班子建设是打造一只高素质干部队伍,推动可持续协调发展的客观要求和重要保证。文章结合本单位实际,重点介绍了在组织建设、思想建设、作风建设等方面取得的成效,具有一定的借鉴意义。Strengthening and improving construction of primmary--level organization is crucial in forging a high--quali- ty cadre team and promoting sustainable and harmonious development of the company. In light of the reality of the company, this paper introduces emphatically the accomplishments in organization development, ideological building and work style improvement.
