摘 要:在动车组抗侧滚扭杆的稳健优化设计中,针对其具有随机因素的多响应问题,提出基于随机模型的多响应稳健优化方法。以抗侧滚扭杆的各质量损失函数作为优化设计目标,以各截面直径作为优化设计变量,考虑载荷等随机因素,建立抗侧滚扭杆的多响应稳健优化模型。最后,应用ISIGHT平台中的蒙特卡洛抽样法与第二代非劣遗传算法对该模型进行稳健优化求解。研究结果表明:优化后的抗侧滚扭杆重量降低、刚度与疲劳强度提高,使质量特性得到了改善,方差波动得到了降低,从而提高抗侧滚扭杆的抗干扰能力。To solve the multi -response problem with the randomness taken into account,the multi -response robust optimization method based on the stochastic model was proposed in the robust optimization design of the anti -rolling torsion bar.In this optimization model,the quality loss function of anti -rolling torsion was calcu-lated by taking the diameters of cross section and the load into consideration.The multi -response robust optimi-zation model was then carried out by using the stochastic model.Finally,the Monte Carlo sampling method and the second generation of poor sorting genetic algorithm were adopted to solve this robust optimization problem and get the robust optimization solution.Research result indicates that after optimization,the anti -rolling torsion bar weight decreases,the stiffness and fatigue strength increases,then the quality performance gets better.Moreo-ver,the variance decreases,and the anti -disturbance ability of the anti -rolling torsion bar gets stronger.
