摘　　要：介绍大型商业综合体建筑设计特点及商业使用功能要求,根据某商业综合体的防火设计难点问题,从防火分区划分、火灾荷载控制、防火分隔设置、消防设施设置等方面分析并给出防火设计解决的思路、策略、对策和方案,以保障整个建筑的消防安全。对整个建筑的消防安全性进行模拟验证,针对不安全因素提出采取快速响应喷头等措施提高消防安全性。The design features and commercial function require- ment of large commercial complex were introduced. Against the fire safety design problems of a commercial complex, the fire compartmentation, fire load control, fire separation, and fire facility were analyzed, and fire safety design idea, strategy, countermeasures and plans were put forward, to ensure the building fire safety. The building fire safety was simulated and verified. Against the unsafety factors, countermeasures such as using fast response sprinklers were given to improve the fire safety.
