摘  要:研制一种用作防火门门芯的氯氧镁水泥制品,通过正交试验测试各种配方制品的1、7d强度、容重、吸水率及流动性。结果表明:MgO与MgCl2的摩尔比是影响各种性能的主要因素;在MgO与MgCl2的摩尔比为5∶1、MgCl2溶液波美度为26Be°、膨胀珍珠岩用量占浆体与骨料总体积的百分比为36%时,氯氧镁水泥制品1d抗折强度大于7 MPa,1d抗压强度大于20 MPa,强度不出现倒缩,容重小于1 200kg/m3,燃烧性能达到A1级的要求,可用作防火门的门芯材料。A kind of magnesium oxychloride cement product for fireproof door core was developed and orthogonal experiment method was used to test properties of 1 d and 7 d samples, like strength, bulk density, water absorption and liquidity under va- rious formulations. The results showed that the molar ratio of MgO/MgC12 influenced the properties mainly; when the molar ratio of MgO/MgCI2 was 5 : 1, the concentration of magnesium chloride solution for 26 Be°, expanded perlite aggregate ac- counts for the total volume of the slurry and the percentage was 360/00, the magnesium oxychloride cement products met the re quirements of one day flexural strength bigger than 7 MPa, 1 day compressive strength bigger than 20 MPa, the strength did not retract, bulk density less than 1 200 kg/ms , and the com- bustion performance to A1 level. It could be used as core of fireproof door.
