摘　　要：针对2015年春节期间发生的一起仓库火灾事故,前期调查人员没有全面勘验现场及对相关当事人仔细询问,仅凭现场提取的监控录像分析火灾原因,造成相关人员串供及物证流失,后期调查人员经科学取证,准确定性,最终查清该起火灾为特大放火骗保案件。Based on a warehouse fire case during the 2015 Spring Festival,because at the early stage investigators did not fully make on-site reconnaissance or inquire the relevant parties, and identified the fire cause only by the scene monitoring video ,analysis, it caused collusion and evidence loss. And at the later stage, through taking evidence scientifically and determining the nature of the fire case, it proved to be an arson insurance-fraud case.
