摘　　要：本文介绍福州市某超高层建筑的工程概况、冷热源设计、空调水系统设计、空调风系统设计、通风设计和防排烟设计。本工程结合实际情况,采用双冷源系统,房间内为温湿度独立调节系统,空调水系统竖向合理分区。The high-rise building-survey, Fujian Hereynian building engineering of cold and heat source design of the air conditionging water system,air system design,design of ventilation and smoke exhaust design. This project,combind with the actual situation,using the double cold source system,room for independent temperatue and humidity control systerr^the air conditioning water system of vertical partition.
