摘　　要：为了适应道路运输的速度、时间、便利性以及舒适度的更高要求,通过分析道路交通运输市场管理中的部署,改进道路运输行业管理体制,不断提升运输的质量,更好地确保道路动力的优化配置,促使道路运输从量变转为质变。As to higher requests for speed, time, convenience and comfort of road transportation, through the analysis of deficiency in road transport market management, road transport market management is improved and the quality of road transportation must be constantly improved to better ensure the road dynamic optimal allocation, prompt road transport from quantitative change to qualitative change.
