舒适护理对心外科围手术期患者焦虑的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理对有焦虑症状的心外科围手术期患者的影响。方法对80例围手术期伴有焦虑症状的患者根据不同时期采取舒适护理及心理支持护理的方法,采用SAS自评量表进行焦虑评分,比较实施前后患者的焦虑程度。结果实施舒适护理后的患者焦虑程度较护理前减轻,护理前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论舒适护理可以减轻患者的焦虑情绪,使患者以最佳心理状态接受手术,减少了手术并发症的发生。Objective To study the effect of comfort care on perioperative anxiety patients with cardiac surgey. Methods Eighty cases of patients with perioperative anxiety symptoms of cardiac surgey took comfort care and psychological support care based on different periods, and took the score of SAS self - rating anxiety scale to campare the anxiety level between before and after the imp｜ementation. Results After the comfort care, the anxiety level in patients was redused, the difference between before and after comfort care implementation was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion With the comfort care, the patients which taken the surgery were in the best mental state, the level of anxiety, and the incidence of surgical complications were redused.
