肉桂贴敷涌泉穴合并中药沐足用于糖尿病周围神经病变的护理及疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察肉桂贴敷涌泉穴合并中药沐足用于糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床疗效。方法选取86例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,按照收住不同的医疗组分为试验组和对照组,对试验组46例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,在控制血糖、营养神经及改善血液循环等对照组所采取治疗的基础上加上肉桂贴敷涌泉穴合并中药沐足的护理干预,观察其TCSS评分改善情况。结果试验组患者未发生皮肤破损、过敏及烫伤等不良反应,试验组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),总有效率达91.3%。结论肉桂贴敷涌泉穴合并中药沐足可有效改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床症状,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of cinnamon stick apply yongquan cave merging traditional Chinese medicine massage feet in dia- betic peripheral neuropathy.nethods Selected 86 cases of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy, according to the control of different medical teams divided into experimental group and the control grouP, the experimental group had 46 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropa- thy, in blood sugar control, nutrient nerve and improve blood circulation such as the control group by treatment with cinnamon stick apply yongquan point on the basis of combined traditional Chinese medicine massage feet nursing intervention, the TCSS score was observed to eval- uate the curative effect. Results There was no damaged skin, allergies and burns and other adverse reactions in the experimental group. The total effective rate was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）, the total effective rate was 91.3%.Conclusion Cinnamon stick apply yongquan cave merging traditional Chinese medicine liquid can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy, it would be worthy of promotion.
