氦氖激光照射联合阿米卡星外喷治疗血液病患者静脉置管感染的效果

摘　　要：目的观察氦氖激光照射联合阿米卡星外喷治疗静脉置管感染的效果。方法将126例静脉置管感染患者按入院时间先后分为对照和观察组。对照组采用传统护理法,观察组采用氦氖激光照射联合阿米卡星外喷治疗。观察比较两组的有效率。结果观察组治疗静脉置管感染效果明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论用氦氖激光照射联合阿米卡星外喷治疗静脉置管感染的效果较好。Objective Observation of He Ne laser irradiation combined with Amikacin spray treatment venous catheter infection effect. Methods 126 cases of venous catheter infection patients according to admission time were divided into control and experimental group. The control group used the traditional nursing method, the experimental group by He Ne laser irradiation combined with Amikacin spray treatment. Efficiency of treatment was compared between the two groups.Result The experimental group treatment of venous catheter infection effect is significantly better than the control group. After statistical comparison, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion With He Ne laser irradiation combined with Amikacin spray treatment venous catheter infection is better.
