泌尿外科手术留置双J导管的疗效观察与护理干预

摘　　要：本文选取我院泌尿科90例患者为研究对象，对某些泌尿系统疾病或手术后使用双“J”管做支架或引流时的护理问题进行分析。提出护士在置管后可能出现的不适症状及并发症等进行综合护理，通过调查分析可以得出，对双“J”管置放术进行科学有效地综合护理，有利于患者的康复。in this paper, we selected 90 eases of patients in our hospital as the research object, and analyzed the nursing problems of the double ＂J＂ tube after some urinary system diseases or surgery. It suggested that nurses may occur after the catheter discomfort symptoms and complications of comprehensive nursing, through the investigation and analysis can be drawn, of double J tube placement for scientific and effective comprehensive nursing, is conducive to the patient＇s recovery.
