摘　　要：选取了能反映企业节能减排效果的代表性指标,提出了综合熵权法和专家打分法的企业节能减排效果评估方法。该方法在确定节能减排指标的权重时兼具客观性和主观性。最后以某一地区的企业为例,用提出的方法评估了节能减排效果,比较了不同权重值对节能减排评估的影响。Typical indexes were selected for reflecting enterprises' status of energy shortage and environment protection. Then an evaluation method based on entropy weight coefficient method and expert scoring method was proposed. In this method,weighting the indexes of energy conservation and emission reduction of enterprises is both objective and subjective. Finally,enterprises in an actual region were taken as examples to demonstrate the energy conservation and emission reduction evaluation process of the proposed method.
