摘  要:通过对塔里木油田油管使用情况进行调查研究,认为90°台肩接箍油管在起下作业过程中容易损坏封井器密封胶芯,在套管柱结构变化处、在水平井和大斜度井经常阻卡。笔者对现有18°特殊倒角接箍油管和20°特殊倒角接箍油管使用效果进行调查研究,认为采用这2种特殊倒角接箍油管均可以避免上述问题。对18°特殊倒角接箍油管和20°特殊倒角接箍油管在使用过程中的受力情况进行了分析计算,认为18°特殊倒角接箍台肩承载面比20°特殊倒角接箍承载面受力更合理。为了减少油管品种,并保证油管使用性能,应当采用18°特殊倒角接箍油管。对如何从现有的90°台肩接箍油管和20°特殊倒角接箍油管过渡到18°特殊倒角接箍油管提出了具体的建议。Investigation on application of tubing in Tarim Oilifeld indicates that the tubing with 90° shoulder collar may damage the rubber element of BOP during trips, and is often stuck at changes of casing string and in horizontal wells or highly-deviated wells. After investigation on the effectiveness of tubing with 18° specially and 20° specially chamfer collar, the author thinks that the use of these two types can avoid the above problems. Analytical calculation was conducted to the stress state of tubing with 18° or 20° specially chamfer collar during its use, and it was thought that the bearing surface of the 18° specially chamfer collar is more reasonable for bearing stress than that of the 20°. Hence, in order to reduce the types of tubing and ensure the service performance of tubing, the tubing with 18° specially chamfer collar should be used. This paper also makes suggestions as to how to transit from tubing with 90° shoulder collar and 20° specially chamfer collar to that with 18°.
