摘　　要：以三软煤层钻进作业场煤尘治理为研究对象,通过分析和试验,成功研制了"气囊封孔—负压吸尘—气尘分离—自动排尘"新型煤尘处理装置,并在现场应用中取得了良好的效果。降低了作业场粉尘浓度,改善了工人作业环境,降低了职业病危害程度,保证了钻进作业安全和职工身心健康。Taking drilling operation of coal seam coal dust management as the research object,through the analysis and experiment,new coal dust processing device was successfully developed,whose technics are mainly ' airbag sealing,dust exhaust with negative-pressure,separation between gas and dust,auto-discharge dust',and have achieved good results in application. The usage of the device has reduced the dust concentration in the operating field,improved the working environment,reduced the occupational disease hazards,and has ensured the safety of drilling operations and the physical health of workers.
