摘 要:针对石炭井焦煤公司近距离突出厚煤层群石门揭煤区域消突问题,结合近距离突出煤层群赋存特征,提出了穿层钻孔区域预抽联合消突技术措施,并对措施实施效果进行了考察分析。应用效果表明,上831运输石门揭5#、4#突出厚煤层群工程采用区域预抽联合消突措施以后,瓦斯抽采率达到了52.1%,5#、4#煤层最大残余瓦斯含量分别下降到了5.662,5.618 m3/t;区域验证实测5#、4#煤层最大钻屑瓦斯解吸指标K1值分别为0.19,0.17 m L/(g·min1/2),均小于《防治煤与瓦斯突出规定》临界值。区域联合消突技术措施的实施,实现了5#和4#煤层联合消突,安全、顺利地揭开了煤层。Aimed at the problem of regional outburst prevention of rock cross-cut coal uncovering for close thick outburst coal seams in Shitanjing Coke Corporation,combined with the complicated occurrence characteristics,regional combined outburst prevention technology by drilling borehole cross the seams for gas pre-drainage was proposed in this paper,the application effect of this technology was also analysed. Results show that,in the project of uncovering 5#and 4#thick outburst coal seams in upper 831 conveying cross-cut,by using regional pre-drainage combined measures,the gas extraction rate reached 52. 1% and the maximum residual gas contents of 5#and 4#coal seams declined to 5. 662 m3/ t and 5. 618 m3/ t respectively. Moreover,the value of drilling cuttings gas desorption index K1 of 5#and 4#coal seams were measured to be 0. 19 m L /( g·min1 /2) and 0. 17 m L/( g·min1 /2) respectively,which are both less than the critical value. Therefore,this technology makes combined outburst elimination of 5#and 4#coal seams become reality and the close thick outburst coal seams were uncovered safely and smoothly.
