摘　　要：目的对黎草妇康洗液进行抑菌效果试验和毒理学评价。方法取黎草妇康洗液进行抑菌性能试验、多次阴道黏膜刺激试验和皮肤变态反应试验。结果黎草妇康洗液对白色念珠菌作用2 min的抑菌率为92.31%,作用5 min后的抑菌率达到100%,对大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌作用2 min的抑菌率均达到100%;对新西兰兔多次阴道黏膜刺激指数为0,属无刺激性;对白色豚鼠的皮肤致敏率为0,未见皮肤变态反应。结论黎草妇康洗液具有显著的抑菌效果,且无毒、无刺激,使用具有安全性。Objective This work was to test the inhibitory effect of Licaofukang lotion on human pathogenic bacteria and to evaluate its toxicology. Methods Antibacterial capacity test, multiple vaginal mucosa irritation test and skin allergic reaction test of Licaofukang lotion were performed. Results The inhibitory rate of Licaofukang lotion on Candida albicans were 92.31% in 2 min,and 100% in 5 min. In addition, its inhibitory rate on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus all reached 100% in 2 min.Meanwhile, the New Zealand rabbit vaginal mucosa irritation index was repeatedly examined to be 0, and the white guinea pig skin sensitization rate was 0, indicating that the lotion will not stimulate allergic reaction of skin. Conclusion Licaofukang lotion has significant inhibitory effect on C. albicans, E. coli and S. aureus with no toxicity.
