摘 要:目的研究运动前补充甘草黄酮对力竭运动大鼠血清睾酮、皮质酮、FFA含量及血脂代谢的影响。方法通过建立灌服甘草黄酮大鼠的力竭游泳运动模型,测定大鼠血清睾酮、皮质酮、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C和FFA的含量。结果血清睾酮水平在力竭游泳运动后低于安静对照组,补充甘草黄酮组大鼠血清睾酮水平低于安静对照组而高于运动对照组(P<0.05)。而血清皮质酮水平在力竭游泳运动后有所上升,补充甘草黄酮组大鼠血清皮质酮水平高于安静对照组(P>0.05)而低于运动对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);各组间血清睾酮与皮质酮比值变化与睾酮变化程度相一致。力竭游泳运动后大鼠血清TC,TG,FFA和LDL-C含量都有所升高,而HDL-C含量有所下降;通过补充不同剂量的甘草黄酮后,能够降低大鼠血清TC,TG和LDL-C的含量,FFA和HDL-C的含量有所升高。结论在大强度运动中通过灌注甘草黄酮可以降低大鼠的血睾酮和皮质酮水平,改善大鼠的血脂水平和肌内脂肪氧化,提高运动能力。Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of licorice flavonoids supplement on testosterone,corticosterone, FFA levels and lipid metabolism for rats with exhausted exercise training. Methods By setting up the exhaustive swimming rat model, the serum testosterone, corticosterone, TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C and FFA levels for rats were measured according to the kit instruction. Results Compared with NC, the serum testosterone level decreased after exhaustive swimming exercise. The serum testosterone levels for rats with licorice flavonoids supplement were lower than those for NC, but higher than those for ME(P〈0.05). In contrast to testosterone, the serum corticosterone level increased after exhaustive swimming exercise. The serum corticosterone levels for rats with licorice flavonoids supplement were higher than those for NC(P〉0.05), but lower than those for ME(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). The change of serum testosterone to corticosterone ratio had the same trend compared to that of testosterone. The serum TC, TG, FFA and LDL-C levels for rats increased after exhaustive swimming exercise, while HDL-C level decreased. By varying different dosage of licorice flavonoids supplement before exhaustive swimming exercise, it was found that licorice flavonoids could reduce the serum TC, TG and LDL-C levels and increase FFA and HDL-C levels for rats. Conclusion Licorice flavonoids supplement can reduce the influence of high-intensity exercise on serum testosterone and corticosterone for rats,enhance the reserve of sugar in the process of exercise and exercise capacity.
