微创钢板接骨术与微创内固定系统在股骨远端复杂骨折治疗中的效果对比观察

摘　　要：目的：研究对比微创钢板接骨术与微创内固定系统（LISS）对于股骨远端复杂骨折病患治疗效果.方法：从2010年5月-2013年2月,随机从某院治疗股骨远端复杂骨折病患中选取82例作为研究对象,以数字法随机分为观察组（42例）及对照组（40例）.对照组病患行微创接骨术治疗,观察组病患行LISS治疗,对两组治疗效果进行对比分析.结果：观察组病患对治疗方案满意者占比69.05%（29/42）,显著高于对照组的35.00% （14/40）.对治疗方案不满意者占比2.38% （1/42）,显著低于对照组的25.00%（10/40）.观察组疗效为优者占比66.67%（28/42）,优良率为97.62%（41/42）,均显著高于对照组的37.50%（15/40）,75.00%（30/40）.差异均有统计学意义（均P 〈0.05）.结论：微创钢板接骨术与LISS治疗股骨远端复杂骨折后,LISS治疗术效果较佳,且病患对其满意度颇高.安全性可靠,值得临床治疗推荐.Objective:To study and compare minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis fixation system (LISS)for patients with complex distal femoral fracture treatment.Methods:From May 2010 to February 2013 ,at random from my hospital complex distal femoral fractures in patients 82 cases selected for the stud-y.Digital randomly divided into observation group (42 cases )and control group (40 cases ).The control group of patients for minimally invasive osteosynthesis treatment,patients in the observation group LISS line therapy for treatment of the two groups were compared.Results:The patients were satisfied with the treatment program accounted for 69.05% (29/42 ),significantly higher than the 35.00% (14/40 ).Not satisfied with the treatment program accounted 2.38% (1/42 ),significantly lower than 25.00% in the control group (10/40 ).Observation group was excellent accounting for 66.67% (28/42 ),good rate of 97.62% (41/42 ),which were significantly higher than the 37.50% (15/40 ),75.00% (30/40 ). Differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis of distal femur after treatment with LISS complex fractures,LISS therapy was better,and its high patient satis-faction .Safety and reliable,worthy of treatment recommended.
