卵巢巧克力囊肿对卵巢功能的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:分析卵巢巧克力囊肿对卵巢储备功能的影响。方法:选择38例卵巢巧克力囊肿患者、44例卵巢其他良性包块患者及27例输卵管因素不孕患者为研究对象,比较不同组、不同年龄血清抗苗勒氏管激素(AMH)值。结果:巧克力囊肿组患者血清AMH值明显低于其他两组;卵巢其他良性包块组血清AMH值明显低于不孕组;随着年龄的增加,血清AMH值越低。结论:卵巢巧克力囊肿病变可损害患者卵巢储备功能。年龄是影响卵巢储备功能的危险因素,年龄越大,卵巢储备功能越低。Objective:To analyze the impact of chocolate cyst of ovary on its reserve function.Methods:Se-lect 38 patients with chocolate cyst of ovary ,44 patients with other benign ovary mass and 27 patients with infertility resulted from salpingian factors as the research obj ect,compare the value of AMH of serum in dif-ferent age group in different group.Results:The value of AMH in serum of patients with chocolate cyst of o-vary was obviously higher than that of the other groups;the value of AMH of the patients with benign ovary mass was significantly higher than that of the infertility group,the value of AMH in serum would become less and less with age .Conclusion:Chocolate cyst of ovary can damage ovarian reserve function.Age puts the ovarian reserve function in risk.The ovarian reserve function would becomes weaker and weaker with age.
