摘 要:国内学者关于农村居民消费能力研究主要集中体现在对消费影响因素和提升对策方面。综合来看,收入决定理论、政府支出决定说、城镇化拉动说、消费信贷决定论等观点影响较大。在这些研究成果中,学界普遍认同农村居民人均纯收入增加是提升农村居民消费能力的最主要因素,其他非收入因素对农村居民消费能力提升也存在重要影响。因此,提高农村居民收入、加大农村公共产品供给、加快城镇化发展水平、改善农村消费信贷等措施可作为中国农村居民消费能力提升的主要路径。Chinese scholars research the ability of rural residents ' consumption, mainly including consumption factors and promotion policy. On the whole, the income determination theory, the government spending decisions, the urbanization pulling decisions and the consumer credit determinism, they have been widely recognized by scholars. Of course, in these studies, it was generally recognized that increasing the per capita net income of rural residents is the most important factor to enhance the ability of rural residents ' consumption; other non-income factors exist to enhance a major impact on the spending power of rural residents. Therefore, raising rural in-comes, increasing rural public goods supply, accelerating the urbanization level of development, improving rural consumer credit and other measures can be used as the primary path to enhance the consumption capacity of China 's rural residents.
