摘 要:目的建立中西制剂复方五味子片和复方五味子糖浆中磷酸根含量测定方法.方法复方五味子制剂高温炽灼后,将磷转化成磷酸根,与显色剂[3mol·L^-1硫酸溶液-水-2.5%钼酸铵溶液-10%抗坏血酸溶液(1∶5∶1∶1)]反应络合显色,采用紫外-可见分光光度法在829nm处测定紫外吸收.结果以磷酸根含量计算,总磷量在0.800~2.800μg·mL^-1范围内线性良好(r=1.0000),糖浆、片剂的加样回收率分别为104.0%和982%.结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为复方五味子糖浆和复方五味子片中总磷量的测定方法,该方法为其他药品中总磷量质量控制方法提供借鉴.Objective To establish a method for the determination of the total phophorus in Compound Schisandra Syrup and Compound Schisandra Tablets. Methods The compound schisandra preparations was decomposed by ignition to produce quantitative orthophosphate. The phosphate could react with chromogenic reagent [3 mol·L- 1sulfuric acid solution- water- 2. 5% ammonium molybdate solution- 10% ascorbic acid solution( 1∶5∶1∶1) ]. The complex was detected at829 nm with UV spectrophotometry. Results The liner relationship of total phosphorus was at the range of 0. 800 ~ 2. 800μg·m L- 1( r = 1. 000 0). The average recovery was 104. 0% and 98. 2%,respectively. Conclusion The methods were proved to be convenient,accurate and reproducible,which can be used for the quality control of Compound Schisandra Syrup and Compound Schisandra Tablets.
