摘  要:采用离子交联法制备羧甲基化壳聚糖/海藻酸钠(CM-CS/SA)凝胶,利用红外光谱、扫描电镜和热重分析仪对CM-CS/SA凝胶的结构和形貌进行表征。以CM-CS/SA凝胶为吸附剂对3种阳离子染料(亚甲基蓝、品红和结晶紫)进行吸附研究,考察了吸附时间、吸附剂用量、染料初始浓度和吸附温度对吸附效果的影响。结果表明,CM-CS/SA凝胶对3种阳离子染料的吸附过程可用准二级动力学方程和粒子内扩散方程表达,根据Langmuir等温吸附模型分析,该吸附体系属于单分子层吸附,CM-CS/SA凝胶对亚甲基蓝、品红和结晶紫的最大吸附容量分别为2.50、3.17、1.78mg/g。Carboxymethyl chitosan/sodium alginate (CM-CS/SA) hydrogel was prepared by ionic cross-linking method. Infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscope (SEM) and thermo-gravimetric analyzer were employed to characterize the structure and morphology of CM-CS/SA hydrogel. The obtained CM-CS/SA hydrogel was used as adsorbent to adsorb 3 cationic dyes (methylene blue, magenta and crystal violet), the effect of contact time, adsorbent dosage,initial dye concentration and temperature on adsorption efficiency were investigated. Results showed that the pseudo-second order reaction model and intraparticle diffusion equation could be used to describe the adsorption process. Langmuir isotherm equation could better describe the adsorption hehavior of cationic dyes on CM-CS/SA hy- drogel and it was a monolayer adsorption reaction, the adsorption capacity of CM-CS/SA hydrogel for methylene blue, magenta and crystal violet were 2.50,3.17,1.78 mg/g respectively.
